Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Some products, especially those related to infant feeding, hygiene, or personal use, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our guidelines.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Be unused, undamaged, and unwashed
  • Be in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, inserts, and protective materials
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging materials may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of our customers—especially infants—certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Pacifiers, teething toys, and oral-care items
  • Feeding accessories such as bottles, nipples, cups, and utensils
  • Breast pumps and breastfeeding accessories
  • Personal-care products (e.g., thermometers, grooming kits, nasal aspirators)
  • Diapers and diapering accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for standard returns.
  • Exceptions:
    If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide alternative solutions depending on the situation.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will evaluate the case and offer one of the following:
    • A replacement
    • A refund
    • Store credit
    • A prepaid return label (if applicable)

We work hard to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email update with the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, it may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items if you’d like to swap for a different size, color, or product. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns. To begin an exchange, please contact our support team.

8. How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please follow these steps:

    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using your preferred carrier (unless we provide a prepaid label).

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
